the meeting will be held at the Mattoon Tourism & Arts Office, 1718 Broadway Ave., Mattoon, IL. 

EXHIBITORS WANTED FOR OUTDOOR QUILT SHOW
Intent to Exhibit forms are due, May 15, 2021

GUIDELINES FOR OUTDOOR QUILT SHOW 2021
​All entries must have completed and mailed the Intent to exhibit form in order to be included in the exhibit.​Click HERE to download the intent form.

Your quilt does not have to be completed when you mail the form.  Late forms will be considered on the availability of space.

​Quilts will not be judged in categories.  A People’s Choice Award will be given at the conclusion of the quilt show.  Door Prizes will be given throughout the day.
 
Guidelines 
  • All entries must have been completed within the past 3 years.
  • You may submit up to 2 quilts per person.
  • All entries must have the appropriate label (found at mattoonartscouncil.org) pinned to the entry.
  • Quilts must be the original work of the entrant.  Quilts constructed from kits or purchased at an auction or sale will not be accepted.
  • Quilt Group Bee quilts are eligible for display * Bee quilts can use one form for entry.
  • No antique quilts are eligible for this exhibit.
  • Quilts must be able to be stacked, folded and should not contain fragile elements or special hanging apparatus.
  • Quilts may not measure more than 108” in any one direction.
  • Hanging sleeves are not necessary
  • All entries must be clean, free of smoke or odor, and constructed of fabric.
  • Quilts must remain on display the duration of the quilt show.
  • Quilts must be complete and finished.  No unfinished work will be accepted.
