  • All entrants must complete and mail the Intent to Exhibit Form prior to delivery of quilts. Please submit forms in a timely manner; forms must be postmarked by Sat June 3.  

​Mail acceptance only for 2023.

Late forms and quilts will be considered on the availability of space.  You do NOT have to send a photo of your quilt to enter or participate.
 
Guidelines & other information
Participants may enter 2 quilts plus a 3rd Mystery Quilt (Mattoon Arts Council 2023). All entries must have been created within the last 3 years. Quilts may not have been displayed at the MAC quilt show during any other year. Please no quilt kits (you purchased all the fabric and pattern as a single unit)
All entries must have the quilt show label (download file below) attached to the quilt back with your preferred method of pinning/clipping.
  • Quilts must be the creation of the entrant.  Bee Quilts are accepted and can use one entry form.
  • Antique quilts, quilts purchased at an auction, online,
  • or any other venue are not eligible for this quilt show.
  • Quilts must be able to be stacked & folded and not contain fragile elements or special hanging apparatus.
  • Quilts may not be larger than 108” in any direction.
  • Hanging sleeves are not necessary. All entries must be clean, free from smoke or other odors, and constructed of fabric. Quilts must remain for the duration of the quilt show at Lytle Park. Quilts must be complete and finished.  No incomplete work will be accepted. All quilts are to be picked up by 5 pm Sat., June 10 at Lytle Park.  Bloomington Illinois Modern Quilt Guild members do not need to submit a form for your 20” COTY minis.  You may also submit 2 other quilts with the appropriate labels and forms.
